Using the Beatitudes, we will explore how Christ calls us to understand what is meant by being poor in spirit, to mourn, to be meek, to hunger and thirst for righteousness, to be merciful, to be clean of heart, to be peacemakers and to be persecuted in the light of the Lenten call to holiness.
