Guidelines for our Guests:

Although the Robertshaw Country House is a separate entity, it is situated within the heart of our monastic environment.  We respectfully ask that your dress and decorum are appropriate to this sacred setting.

In observance of Sunday, we are not welcoming new guests on that day.  Guests already enjoying the Robertshaw Country House, are welcome to stay on.

Our bed and breakfast is suitable for Adults Only and is NOT handicapped accessible

Guests who want to make reservations on the same day as their arrival, are requested to phone 724-672-1838 for reservations.

No pets.

No candles or incense in rooms.

Arrival:  On the day of arrival our guests call 724-672-1838 and let us know when we may welcome you between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.  Unlike a hotel, we do not have a separate staff.

Check-out time: 10:30 a.m.

Smoke-free facility, smoking is permitted outside, never in guest or public rooms.

Extra persons
$25 will be charged per night for each additional guest staying in the same room.  Room rates are based on double occupancy.

Discounts Available:
Reservations for 2-7 nights receive a 10%.  Reservations for 8-14 nights receive a 15% discount.  Reservations of 14+ nights receive a 25% discount.

Deposits are required on all reservations.  For one night stays, we require 100% of the room cost.  For multiple night stays, a 50% deposit is required.  For those staying longer than seven days, a 25% deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations need to be made by phone 7 days prior to reservation date; a $25 cancellation fee applies.  Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days.  “No shows” pay full price of room(s) reserved.
